Our classic convolute profile cut, which projects a large surface area for a given space. An aesthetic and mechanical improvement over flat panel linings, its 28kg/m3 density allows for improved acoustic absorption, while its charcoal impregnation aids in the disruption of sound waves and also provides combustion modification. Standard profile sizes are 15/35 and 10/25 (i.e. 15mm base, 35mm peak; and, 10mm base, 25mm peak). Custom thicknesses, colours, densities and foam varieties also possible.

Megasorber® P is a sound absorption composite material consisting of a patented acoustically-tuned, fireproof, sound-absorbing facing Megasorber® Soundmesh® G8 (and environmentally-friendly acoustic polyester-wool. The usage of polyester in acoustics lends itself to usage in high humidity environments, whilst offering additional thermal insulation properties.
Megasorber® B is an EVA-based, flexible, high-performance sound barrier. It is a low-stiffness highly-damped material which improves sound transmission loss by effectively blocking noise. It has extremely low flammability and low-smoke emission, and is suitable for use in buildings, machinery and electronic cabinets and marine applications.
Megasorber® utilises its patented G8 ceramic Fire proof facing with composite speciality open-cell, hydrolysis resistance PU foam. This unique G8 sound mesh provideds maximum sound absorption at mid-to-low frequencies. The Megasorber FG range of products is well suited as a reverberation sound absorber. The durable G8 fire proof sound mesh is available in a variety of facing colours (black, white, sandstone & grey), with an optional water-repellent treatment and self-adhesive backing layer for fast installation.

3M’s 425 foil tape is a dead soft foil tape with a pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive. Its highly reflective backing provides excellent radiation for both heat and light. Venture Tape 1520CW reinforced foil tape utilises a specially-designed cold weather solvent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive, and is ideal for use in cold weather applications. The malleable foil applies easily to both fibrous and sheet metal ducts and conforms to irregular surfaces, and is ideal for sealing joins in insulation material with a vapour barrier.
Dyplast DP Shield offers all the properties of Phenolic rigid insulation, with the addition of foil vapour barriers, preventing vapour ingress into cell structures, whilst also enabling effective condensation control, and further allowing a uniform surface perfect for bonding of adhesion and other materials.
With a thermal conductivity (k-value) of 0.021 W/m•K, Dyplast Phenolic is available in densities of 40, 60, 80 & 120 kg/m³, in sheet or pipe &bend sections. With a working temperature range of -180°C to +120°C, Dyplast phenolic is manufactured CFC, HCFC free, with zero ODP. Dyplast Phenolic offers the best R-value to thickness ratio of all rigid insulation material varieties, in addition to superior mechanical properties, flame resistance (25/50 ASTM E-84 compliant) and low smoke emission.
With a thermal conductivity (k-value) of 0.022-0.023 W/m•K, Dyplsat PIR ISO-C1® is available in densities of 32, 40, 48, 64 & 96 kg/m³, in sheet of pipe & bend sections. Rigid PIR insulation offers a broader working temperature than Phenolic alternatives, with an operating range of -182°C to 148°C. Dyplast PIR ISO-C1® is manufactured CFC, HCFC free, with zero ODP.
Dyplast PIR ISO-HT® offers all the properties of the ISO-C1®, but is treated to be suitable for higher temperature applications (177°C constant; 190°C intermittent) such as hot water pipe insulation and low temperature steam pipe insulation. Available as 40 kg/m³ density. Dyplast PIR ISO-HT® is a class 1 ESTM E-84 compliant material.
